Is 60 Minutes dancing with the NRA?

Did anyone see the segment last night on the Kentucky town with the corrupt sheriff? A 20-year old reporter and local newspaper editor brought him down. There was a lot of NRA "gun-justification-talk" that included the usual: death-threats, bad guys, the decision (by the featured heroes) to arm, training, how to use guns safely, why they had to carry. Not that I blame them... it's just the way 60 Minutes worked it in. After awhile it was sort of Sheriff? What sheriff? Let's talk about guns.

John Edwards Trial

How many people here think John Edwards deserves how he's being treated by the prosecution in the state of North Carolina and how many think he doesn't deserve it? If you think he doesn't deserve it, can please say why? Thank you in advance for your opinions.
